We are building a beverage program to match the ambition of our kitchen — one that reflects the depth, terroir, and storytelling of Latin American wine and beyond.
The Role Mita is seeking an experienced, passionate Sommelier to lead and grow our wine and beverage program. This is a guest-facing role that combines deep wine knowledge with and a genuine love of hospitality. You will work closely with ownership and the kitchen team to develop a program that is cohesive, creative, and commercially sound.
