Greenway Automotive is seeking a highly motivated experienced Tags and Title Clerk!

The ideal candidate must have two years of experience in a similar position. Candidates must have a pleasant and helpful personality, strong administrative and organizational skills, good computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous automotive dealership experience a plus.

Responsibilities :

• Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work. Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provides a current list of outstanding titles to the controller.
• Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled
• Out of state Title processing
• Working schedules for tag & title work
• Applying for duplicate titles
• Doing metal & temp tag inventory
• Updating notes in the system
• Tracking completed work
• Print customer’s registrations
• Title & trade pack inventory
• Provide tag & tile work support to guests, management and employees as needed
• Stay abreast of title regulations. Attend seminars held by local licensing bureaus and any available
• Provides assistance and support to accounting personnel
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Automotive Title Work: 2 years
• Prior title work experience required
• Dealership accounting, CDK, DealerDMV experience helpful
• Notary Public preferred
• Current, valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Highly professional and dependable
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
• Excellent telephone skills
• Strong computer, typing, and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
