Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversight, and management of all providers within the Family Medicine and Internal Medicine service lines
• Develop and execute strategic and operational plans to define, track, and optimize performance, productivity, and revenue in alignment with established KPIs
• Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, including Joint Commission (TJC), HRSA, and HEDIS measures
• Maintain an active clinical practice to stay closely connected to patient care, clinical workflows, and the evolving needs of the provider team
• Achieve and sustain expected productivity benchmarks
• Support and promote the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic goals
• Adhere to all organizational safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed
