Warehouse Associate – Manufacturing

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Schedule: Full‑time | Onsite

Overview

We are seeking an entry‑level Warehouse Associate to support daily manufacturing and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a foundation in manufacturing, logistics, and material handling within a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, stage, and move raw materials and finished goods
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for internal production or outbound shipment
• Perform basic inventory checks and assist with cycle counts
• Operate pallet jacks and other material‑handling equipment (training provided)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Support general warehouse and manufacturing tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required (training provided)
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout shift
• Comfortable lifting up to 40–50 lbs
• Basic attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Preferred (Not Required)

• Prior exposure to warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments
• Familiarity with hand tools, scanners, or inventory systems
• Forklift or pallet jack experience - certifications
