Freelance Wine Consultant – Tampa, FL (Commission + Expenses)

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Freelance Wine Consultant based in Orlando, FL to join a highly organized, fast-paced, and results-oriented company. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in an sales environment and is passionate about wine.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop relationships with on-premise accounts, including restaurants, hotels, bars, and hospitality venues
Promote and sell a curated portfolio of wines to meet and exceed sales targets
Conduct wine tastings, staff trainings, and educational events
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence throughout the Orlando area
Manage existing accounts while aggressively pursuing new client acquisition
Stay current on industry trends, wine regions, varietals, and competitive offerings
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:

Minimum of 10+ years of experience working with on-premise accounts (restaurants, hotels, bars, and hospitality venues)
Proven track record of success in wine or beverage sales within the on-premise channel
Strong knowledge of wines, regions, varietals, and food pairings
Established relationships within the Orlando hospitality market strongly preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Compensation:
