Job Description:
Updating and formatting technical and administrative documents to reflect new company branding, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all materials.
Responsibilities:
* Update Technical Data Sheets and other documents with new branding elements
* Modify and replace logos, company names, email addresses, and physical addresses
* Perform document formatting and layout adjustments to ensure consistency
* Support style and design updates for internal and external documentation
* Maintain accuracy and organization across a high volume of files
* Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Requirements
* Prior administrative or document formatting experience required
* Experience with QuarkXPress strongly preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to manage repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
* Proficient in document editing and formatting tools
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
