Establish custom home design & construction company has an opening for an Architectural Drafter / Designer with strong Revit experience.

Duties

Using Revit, develop accurate drawings from conceptual design through construction documents
Create 3D renderings for customer presentations
Collect project data (includes measurements, photos, etc.)
Meet with clients and staff to develop designs from concept
Balance multiple projects at a time

Requirements

AAS degree in Architectural Drafting or similar
3+ years of residential design / drafting experience
Strong Revit experience
Understanding of residential building materials and construction standards
Enscape experience a plus
Ability to work onsite fulltime
Ability to pass a background check
