Establish custom home design & construction company has an opening for an Architectural Drafter / Designer with strong Revit experience.

Duties

• Using Revit, develop accurate drawings from conceptual design through construction documents
• Create 3D renderings for customer presentations
• Collect project data (includes measurements, photos, etc.)
• Meet with clients and staff to develop designs from concept
• Balance multiple projects at a time

Requirements

• AAS degree in Architectural Drafting or similar
• 3+ years of residential design / drafting experience
• Strong Revit experience
• Understanding of residential building materials and construction standards
• Enscape experience a plus
• Ability to work onsite fulltime
• Ability to pass a background check
