Job Description

At CEVA, your career is always in motion. We’re looking for a driven, detail‑oriented bilingual (English/Spanish) Business Operations Analyst ready to take on challenges, grow fast, and support a high‑performing team. If you’re a recent graduate eager to learn, contribute, and make an impact, this is your opportunity to rise with us.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep our team organized and moving by coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, and managing shared calendars
  • Support meeting preparation by creating materials, organizing documents, and pulling together clear, concise notes
  • Respond to routine email inquiries in both English and Spanish, ensuring communication stays swift and professional
  • Build and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and reports using advanced Excel skills to help drive informed decisions
  • Assist with preparing presentations, summaries, and documents that support team objectives
  • Maintain organized files, follow-up lists, and workstreams to keep projects running smoothly
  • Jump in on special projects, offering proactive support wherever it’s needed

This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces new challenges with confidence and curiosity.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish — strong written and verbal communication in both
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data organization)
  • Strong organization, reliability, and follow-through
  • Clear, professional communication style
  • A growth mindset — eager to learn, improve, and take on new responsibilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying calm and focused

Why This Role Matters

Your work helps us stay coordinated, informed, and ready to rise to every challenge. You’ll learn from talented colleagues, develop foundational skills, and contribute to a team that’s shaping the future of our operations.
