Aurora Medical Center Sheboygan is in search for a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)—a pivotal executive leadership role with the opportunity to shape nursing practice, culture, and outcomes across the organization.

This role is ideal for a confident, resilient nursing executive who brings both strategic vision and hands-on operational leadership. The successful CNO will:
✅ Bring strong inpatient hospital experience and prior CNO experience
✅ Demonstrate operational rigor with a visible, hands-on leadership style
✅ Lead with confidence, influence, and executive presence
✅ Serve as a change agent , navigating complexity while inspiring teams
✅ Communicate effectively at all levels— verbally and in writing
✅ Bring Magnet experience and a deep passion for nursing excellence
✅ Typically require 15+ years of nursing experience , including 5+ years in management ; Master’s degree required
