Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Client Services Expert (Level III) for a Direct Hire opportunity in Lake Mary, FL (Onsite) . This role is ideal for professionals with strong financial services experience and relationship management skills who can handle high-value client interactions, resolve complex inquiries, and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: Competitive; compensation is negotiable based on experience, education, and other factors.

Location: Lake Mary, FL (Onsite – 4 days/week, 1 day WFH)

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday within business hours (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET)

8-hour shifts (no significant overtime)

Rate Range: $20/hr - $30/hr on W2 ; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Description:

Act as the primary point of contact for high-value and complex client relationships within a financial services environment. You will be responsible for resolving advanced client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through first-call resolution and timely follow-ups.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for high-value, complex client relationships
  • Handle advanced inquiries and coordinate resolutions across internal teams
  • Deliver consistent first-call resolution and excellent client experience
  • Manage approximately 20 client calls per day while maintaining quality standards
  • Track and resolve cases using internal systems (e.g., Dynamics) until completion
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in all client interactions

Specialized Areas (Preferred Experience in One or More):

  • Retirement Services: IRAs, Roth IRAs, 401(k)s
  • Mutual Funds & Investments: Alternative investments, corporate actions, custody

Performance Metrics:

  • First-call resolution
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Accuracy and quality of responses
  • Call handling time and volume
  • Follow-up timeliness

Training & Onboarding:

  • First 30 days fully onsite
  • Focus on systems, workflows, and escalation processes
  • Expected to independently manage calls and emails within 30 days

Team Environment:

  • Work within a large, structured client services organization
  • Collaborate with 4–5 managers and 20+ teams
  • Handle escalations and case tracking through internal systems

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in financial services (mandatory)
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage high-touch, complex client interactions
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) or other financial licenses (highly preferred)
  • Experience with retirement products and investment services
  • Familiarity with CRM/case management tools (e.g., Dynamics)
