Our client is seeking a results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to grow their presence across commercial and industrial markets. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and selling energy-efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and manage existing client accounts within the HVAC sector.
• Identify and qualify opportunities through networking, site visits, and client meetings.
• Prepare and present quotations, tenders, and technical proposals.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage pipeline activity through CRM systems and report on sales performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical sales , ideally within HVAC, M&E, or building services.
• Strong understanding of air conditioning, ventilation, or heating systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage clients and contractors.
• Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client visits.
