About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Application Management Services (AMS) Lead to drive monitoring, incident management, outage resolution, and end-to-end operational excellence for mission-critical applications. This role requires strong technical depth in observability, hands-on monitoring, and real-time issue handling in fast-paced environments. Candidates with experience in Connected Vehicles, Telematics, or related automotive ecosystems will have a strong advantage.
