This is a full-time, on-site Legal Assistant role based in Fort Myers, FL. The Legal Assistant will support legal operations by preparing and managing legal documents, conducting administrative tasks, assisting attorneys with case preparation, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities also include file organization, scheduling appointments, managing deadlines, and ensuring compliance with legal protocols.

• Knowledge of legal principles, legal document preparation, and basic legal procedures
• Capabilities in administrative assistance and organizational skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client service abilities
• Experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar legal support role
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology, including legal databases and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills
• Associate’s degree or higher in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred
