Position Overview

We are seeking licensed life insurance agents who thrive in a consultative, high-ticket sales environment and are motivated by performance-based income. This role is ideal for professionals who are confident guiding clients through financial protection and legacy planning conversations , and who value working in a supportive but independent agency model .

You will work directly with clients to assess needs, provide tailored insurance solutions, and help families secure long-term financial stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs-based consultations to assess clients’ financial protection and legacy planning goals

  • Present and recommend appropriate life insurance and financial protection solutions

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing and policy placement

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and service

  • Stay current on product knowledge, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends

  • Accurately document client interactions and manage pipelines using CRM systems

  • Collaborate with team members while maintaining personal accountability for production goals

Qualifications

  • Active life insurance license required (non-licensed candidates are not preferred)

  • Prior experience in insurance sales or high-ticket consultative sales

  • Strong ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or performance goals

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
