Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Keeping the office clean, organized and ensuring supply needs are met
  • Greeting all customers during open business hours
  • Opening and closing the office daily
  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Accepting all incoming checks and processing
  • Sort Mail
  • Preparing and reviewing all incoming payments
  • Scheduling and Collecting Move In Information
  • Distributing Move In and Vendor Key pick-up
  • Completing/ adding new maintenance requests
  • Making new Move In/ welcome bags
  • Data Entry as needed
  • Processing New Leases and Lease Renewals
  • Setting up New Properties
  • Additional Administration tasks as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent Attendance Record
  • Must have 2-3 years of customer service
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Able to prioritize under stress to meet deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Google Docs and Appfolio a plus
