Job Description
The packager loads aluminum extrusions onto processing equipment, assembles and labels bundles according to customer specifications, and prepares finished packages for shipment. This role requires careful visual inspection for defects, accurate use of a tape measure, and consistent adherence to safety and housekeeping standards in a clean, well-lit production facility. Work Environment
The role is based in a clean, well-lit production facility with approximately 190 employees and plans for further expansion. You will work in a team-oriented environment focused on safety, quality, and efficiency, spending most of the shift on your feet and handling aluminum extrusions and packing materials. The facility provides uniforms and supports proper safety footwear through reimbursement for safety shoes or boots. You will use basic production tools and equipment, including conveyors and potentially forklifts, while following established safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
