Chauffeur / Professional Driver (Part-Time → Full-Time Opportunity)

We are a growing luxury transportation company seeking professional, reliable drivers to join our chauffeur team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience driving corporate, fleet, rental, dealership, or professional vehicles who are looking for a flexible, high-quality side opportunity that can grow into full-time work.

About the Role

This position starts as part-time with flexible scheduling . There are no set hours . Ride opportunities are offered in advance via dispatch, and drivers may accept or decline with no penalty . As demand increases, several drivers have transitioned into full-time roles.

This is not rideshare . We serve executive, university, event, and private clients who expect discretion, professionalism, and consistency.

Compensation

• $15/hour starting pay
• Automatic gratuity of 16–22% on most rides
• 100% of gratuities go directly to the driver
• Cash tips from clients are yours to keep
• Opportunities for increased volume and full-time work as the company grows
  

Ideal Background

We are especially interested in candidates with experience in:

• Rental car companies (Enterprise, Hertz, Avis, etc.)
• Auto dealerships or vehicle delivery
• Corporate fleet or executive transportation
• Shuttle, limo, or chauffeur services
• Professional driving roles where customer service matters

A chauffeur license is a plus , but not required (we can help the right candidate obtain one).

Requirements

• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong customer service instincts
• Clean criminal background
• Clean driving record (reviewed as part of the hiring process)
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable driving high-end SUVs and luxury vehicles
• Willingness to comply with company policies and standards
