Radiology Specialist Assistant
Pay: $52.09 – $85.95 per hour

Location : Watertown NY

Lila Medlink is seeking a Radiology Specialist Assistant to provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a physician. This role supports radiologic procedures, patient assessment, and overall clinical workflow in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians with radiologic and interventional procedures
• Perform patient assessments and deliver age-appropriate care
• Conduct procedures such as fluoroscopy (barium studies), biopsies, joint injections, and drain placements
• Prepare patients, obtain consent, and provide pre/post-procedure education
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and technologists

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• ARRT certification (required); advanced certifications (CT, IR, or RRA) preferred
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Radiologist Assistant (RA) or Physician Assistant (PA) with radiology experience preferred
