This role is fully in office, Monday-Friday. Located in the Oldsmar, FL area. (This is a high-volume agency Recruiter role)

BlazerJobs is hiring a driven, results-oriented Recruiter to join our National Fulfillment Center team.

What You’ll Do

• Manage active job requisitions and candidate pipelines from day one
• Source, screen, and engage candidates for immediate hiring needs
• Build and maintain a strong “ready-now” bench of qualified talent
• Match candidates to district requirements with speed and accuracy
• Maintain consistent submission activity and meet weekly recruiting goals
• Partner with onboarding and credentialing teams to ensure smooth, on-time starts
• Keep candidate records organized and up to date in internal systems

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of staffing agency recruiting experience
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfort working with ATS and CRM systems
• Competitive, goal-driven mindset
• Ability to work fully onsite in Oldsmar, FL
