What You'll Do
  • Manage multiple manufacturing sites, optimizing Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Build and develop competent leadership teams at each location.
  • Lead project teams for customer solutions and capital improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across sites.
  • Coach and mentor Plant Managers to enhance efficiencies and control costs.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to achieve collective business goals.
  • Facilitate accurate production and inventory reporting.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in Operations Management.
  • Strong financial acumen and demonstrated P&L management results.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build diplomatic relationships.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic, and changing work environments.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% to various plant locations.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
