Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee multiple construction programs from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and team members
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
  • Monitor program performance and report on progress and outcomes
  • Lead program meetings and document key decisions and action items
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of program management experience in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in budget management and financial reporting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
