$125,000 - $250,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with athletes, entertainers, and high-net-worth clients, ensuring their unique needs are met with discretion and professionalism.
  • Conduct personalized home searches tailored to the lifestyle and preferences of each client, providing expert guidance and insights throughout the process.
  • Manage high-end real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication and attention to detail at every stage.
  • Stay informed on key market trends and developments within the sports and entertainment industry to offer clients the most current and relevant advice.
  • Collaborate with our experienced team to develop strategies that enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Leverage our training and mentorship programs to continuously improve your skills and establish yourself as a trusted advisor in the luxury real estate market.
  • Coordinate with industry professionals, including attorneys, inspectors, and contractors, to ensure all aspects of the transaction are handled efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with athletes, entertainers, and other high-profile clients.
  • Proven track record of managing high-end real estate transactions with attention to detail and discretion.
  • Strong understanding of the Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington real estate market and its unique dynamics.
  • Ability to provide personalized home search services tailored to the lifestyle and preferences of each client.
  • Excellent communication skills, ensuring seamless interaction with clients and industry professionals.
