Job Description

As an HVAC Sales Representative at NH Ross, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and services. Your primary responsibility will be to identify customer needs, provide solutions, and close sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with both residential and commercial clients to understand their HVAC requirements and educate them on our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers to assess their HVAC needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and evaluations to provide accurate quotes and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring follow-up and support throughout the sales process.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of HVAC systems and the features of our products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge to leverage in sales presentations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.
