Job Description

Job Summary:  We're seeking a licensed hair stylist to provide professional hair care services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, creativity, and outstanding customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, highlights, and chemical treatments
• Conduct hair and scalp analysis to recommend appropriate services
• Maintain clean and organized workstation
• Build and maintain client relationships through exceptional service
• Stay current with hair trends, techniques, and products
• Retail hair care products to clients
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate service records and appointment scheduling

Requirements:

• Current Arizona Cosmetology License
• 1+ years’ experience preferred (will consider recent graduates)
• Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Flexibility with scheduling.

Pay is negotiable depending on experience. Paid sick time.
