Phone Pros - Licensed Insurance Agents (Boca Raton – Yamato amp; Congress)

Hiring Immediately: Phone Pros - Licensed Insurance Agents (Must have a 215/240 or be willing to get your insurance license before getting on the phone). It takes less than a week to obtain, and we PAY FOR YOUR LICENSING.

Job Overview:

We are actively hiring a few Experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Agents to join our team! This is a Full-Time, In-Office Position. If you are looking for a Career Opportunity, not just another Dead-End Job, with a reputable company during a huge Growth Phase.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in understanding Hospital Indemnity Plans and their benefits
• Manage the application and enrollment process from start to finish
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Must speak English (Bilingual is not required, but beneficial)

Qualifications:

• Must be a “Licensed 215 Insurance Agent.”
• In-Office Full-Time Position (Yamato amp; Congress)
• MUST have IMPECCABLE Work Ethics (Willing to show up every day)
• Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
• Positive "can-do" Attitude.

Compensation and Details:

• EXTREMELY HIGH PAY SCALE

• Hourly + Commissions (15 Deals = $25/hr)

• Uncapped commission structure paid weekly

• Monday – Friday (9AM - 7PM)

• All Inbound Calls – (NO COLD CALLING)
