Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lead Quality Assurance Tester proficient in Malay language to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience in QA or Linguistic Testing, along with fluency in English (written and spoken). Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing, verifying, editing, scoring, translating, and reporting on copy across various media and content types.
• Conducting full Quality Assurance (QA) on different platforms and testing environments, including Production, as required by each project.
• Reporting and documenting bugs, providing clear suggestions/feedback, and effectively communicating critical information and issues.
• Contributing feedback on Style Guides and Terminology Databases based on project requirements.
• Assisting with ad hoc projects and contributing innovative ideas to enhance process efficiency and scalability.
